Dr. Dhake graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry. She has practiced at a variety of group practices and public health clinics throughout the Chicagoland area. She is a member of the Chicago Dental Society, Illinois State Dental Society, and American Dental Association. She loves providing compassionate care for her community and strives make every patient feel as comfortable as possible.

In her free time, Dr. Dhake spends time with her twin son and daughter, and husband. She also enjoys cooking and running. She has completed several triathlons, half marathons, and two marathons.

Dr. Upwards graduated from Midwestern University. He has a very gentle touch and is very thorough. When he is not treating patients, he enjoys playing and listening to music as well as running and biking.

A healthy beautiful smile is an important part of overall well-being and confidence. Dr Garrison helps her patients achieve it with the utmost care and dedication. Her true passion lies in nurturing the smiles of individuals at every stage of life – whether it's a child's first dental visit, improving esthetics through whitening and veneers, or restoring chewing function by replacing missing teeth.

Outside the office, she enjoys Crossfit, her pet rabbit, watching baseball games, and spending quality time with her loved ones.

Dr. Patel graduated from Midwestern University. She is proud to provide compassionate care to her patients. In her free time, she loves to try new restaurants, workout and bake.

Kyrstyna is one of our super star hygienists at Forever Dental Archer office and has been working at this office for more than 15 years. She treats her patients at Forever Dental as part of her extended family. She speaks Polish and English and makes every effort to make her patients get the best care.

In her free time, she enjoys staying physically active, reading, and spending time with her family, two beautiful daughters, and dog.

Juanita is one of super star hygienists that has a gentle touch and a warm smile. She loves getting to know her patients and providing patient focused care. In her free time she loves to travel, bake desserts, and spend time with her husband and kids.

Magaly loves providing comprehensive care to her patients and making sure they have the best experience.

Hugo has a gentle touch and is always looking for ways to give his patients the best experience.

Kim has been practicing dental hygiene since 2001, obtaining her degree from Prairie State University. Her passion is for helping patients achieve excellent oral health, and delivering exceptional care with a delicate approach. Equipped with certifications in administering local anesthetic, placing sealants, and CPR, she is committed to upholding the highest standards of professional excellence.

With a dental hygiene career spanning back to 1998, Vicki's passion for patient education is deeply ingrained. She is dedicated to teaching patients the importance of maintaining oral health, particularly in preventing and treating periodontal/gum disease. Certified in CPR, administering local anesthetic, and placing sealants, she prioritize both the safety and comfort of those under her care.

Vicki loves to travel around the globe, immersing herself in diverse cultures, and being a new grandma.

With 35 years of dental experience, Char's primary goal is to create excellent patient experiences within our dental practice. She excels in fostering patient relationships while coordinating scheduling and logistical details to realize each patient's vision of a perfect smile. Throughout her career, Char has obtained certifications in CPR, prophy/sealants, and many administrative certifications.

Outside of work, she loves going for walks, playing Scrabble, recreating recipes, and spending time with family and close friends.

Proficient in Spanish, Elaine is dedicated to providing comprehensive support to our patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being at every stage of the dental journey. Throughout her career, she has pursued continuous professional development with certifications in polishing, sealant placement, and CPR.

Beyond the realm of dentistry, she is an avid reader and enjoys quality time spent with her family and five cherished feline companions.
