Dr. Patel is amazing. She saved one of my molars when I was told somewhere else it had to be pulled. She did a crown which fit perfectly. I haven’t had any issues with my crown. I often forget I had one done. She is thorough, and makes you feel so comfortable. I never liked going to the dentist but Dr. Patel makes me look forward to seeing her. I live in the south suburbs and she is worth the drive.

TRYING TO TAKE ALL YOUR MONEY! I have insurance and what ever wasn’t covered by the insurance I paid in full. Well I keep getting letters saying I have to pay the remaining balance. I called and they stated the remaining balance has to be paid by the insurance but the system doesn’t know how to distinguish between payments. So months later I’m still getting letters stating I owe money. Only issue I have here is if this happens to an elderly person they would definitely pay the remaining balance when they shouldn’t have!

Mary and Dr. Abraham were great: they talked me through the whole process and were very gentle when dealing with me and they even explained the issue with my teeth. Even the receptionists were great and super sweet!!! It was my first visit there and after today, I’m definitely going to continue going to them.

I’ve had an incredible experience at the Forever Dental Archer location, and I can't say enough good things about Dr. Upwards and his entire team. Dr. Upwards is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but he’s also very gentle and amazing with all his patients. He makes sure everyone feels comfortable and well taken care of.
His welcoming nature puts you at ease right from the start, and you can tell he truly cares about his patients' well-being. The whole team at this location is just as wonderful! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the positive and caring atmosphere they’ve created.
I’d also like to give a special shoutout to Mayra—she’s absolutely amazing at what she does. She’s incredibly patient and understanding, making sure to take the time to explain things clearly and make the whole process smooth. I’m so grateful to be in their care!

I’ve been a patient for years, but this year they did some services on me they assumed were covered through my insurance, because it’s “a service provided in the plan”, without actually verifying it was covered. I got these services done in two sessions in June and paid my fee and coinsurance at both, like any other visit. I went for another cleaning on 10/31/25 and this is when I found out about the unpaid claims and a $600 bill. When a treatment plan is showed to the patient, with covered and out of pocket costs laid out, if the patient decides to go forward, they pay for the services at that visit and understand and acknowledge the costs.This wasn’t presented to me, now I have a $600 bill from them that caught me by surprise. If I had been presented with this, I would not have agreed to go forward with the procedures. I will file a grievance with my insurance on these claims, but want to warn other patients with my recent experience. Make sure services are covered and verified when going here!!!

I’ve been going to Forever Dental for 15 years because they have an incredible team that provides quality service. They continue to take care of my dental needs with the utmost care. Dr. Dhake and Dr. Upwards have been the best dentists in my all of my experience. They are caring, gentle, knowledgeable and give the best advice. The office is great at billing as well. I would like to say I Highly recommend Forever Dental. I was with my previous dentist for over 30 years and couldn't be happier, however due to Medicare and changes with insurance I needed to find another place. I thought I would be disappointed in somewhere new, but Forever Dental is Top Notch. The entire staff is friendly and helpful, the place is state of the art, and impeccable. I love my new Dentist and I am pleased with all the work I have had done. Definitely would recommend Forever Dental!!!!

I've been coming here since I was a kid. Always enjoy the friendly staff and smiles. My hygienist is truly one of the best, and my doctor is always answering my questions at the end of my visit. Conveniently located across a dunkin for coffee treats after your visit. It really is a pleasant experience that you look forward to it and all the smiles after (and the coffee and donuts). Cannot express enough gratitude to this place. I absolutely love my hygienist Magaly. She’s so gentle and make it as painless as possible. One time I got scheduled with the dentist and let’s just say the experience was not the same. 😂 The staff are big on education. They always emphasized the importance of flossing in a very encouraging manner.

My daughter loves this dental place. How often kids leave a doctor office with a smile on their faces?

This year will be my 9 year anniversary with Forever Dental. Just like the name, as long as I still live in Brighton Park, this will be my Forever Dental place.

Every time I come here the staff is always friendly happy and smiling which is great since I came here too get four broken teeth pulled so that I can replace them with implants. It sets the mood. Dr Patel was very thorough explaining the process of tooth extraction and the importance of aftercare to avoid any complications. In time I should have my smile back and always smile just like everyone else here in the office.

I’ve been a patient here since about 2011, there was a transition with Doctor Daisy leaving the office. I met with the new dentist that took over my file & there are some new staff members but it remains a great experience for me. I appreciate them and addressing my concerns and answering questions.
