For each you refer and comes to their appointment, you can earn $20 that can be used towards treatment that is not covered by insurance.
Examples of services that you can redeem it include but are not limited to:
- Cosmetic treatment

- Additional cleanings not covered by insurance
- Fluoride treatment.
Earn up to $100 per year of future credit, which expires after 12 months from the last referral. Credit cannot be used toward previous balances, treatment that is covered by insurance, or paid out as a refund.
